God is in the details.

God is and Artist.

I love to be creative and I can tell when my heart is really into a project, cause I will take my time. If I am not proud of it , I will not bother to show it. I usually will throw it in the back of my craft closet and maybe just forget about it. Although if it is something that I have worked hard on and put my heart into then everyone must see it. I will treat it like a treasure and give it a special place in my house.

God is in the details.

God is in the details.

When I go and try to draw one of my birds I realize the details that God has put in to each and everyone of them. I breed Macaws. Their feathers are God’s master piece. The blending of the colors are flawless.

The Colors

The Colors

The details in each plume from the feel , to the way they lay, and the great colors. God put a lot of work into these beautiful creatures.

In the bible we  read in Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

In the art world there is value in art. Some Art is worth more than others. Their is some art that can never be bought no matter what the price. God puts pride in his work and he shows it off to each of everyday. He cares for his art work, but in Matthew it say that we are “More Valuable”. It’s humbling to think that something that I see as so beautiful God see as less valuable  compared to me. If he will take care of them, then how much more will he care for me.He put great detail into these creatures. He has put much more into us.

Thank you God for the details. Thank you for finding value in me, when I can’t find it in myself.
